Yes. Our VIP Passes are available for purchase online. Our PayPal-powered web transactions are encrypted and secure for your privacy and protection.
- 2. When I purchase a spa package online, how soon will it be before I receive it by mail?
Your VIP Pass should arrive via standard mail within 5 to 7 business days in most cases.
- 3. Is tax included when I purchase a spa package?
Yes. At this time, all applicable taxes are included with each purchase.
- 4. Are shipping and handling costs included in the purchase price?
No. The cost of mailing materials and postage is covered by Spa Girl Promotions' additional shipping and handling fee of $3.50.
- 5. Are tips for spa services included in the purchase price?
No. Gratuities for spa treatments are not included in the purchase price, but are greatly appreciated by spa staff members when services are performed.
- 6. Do you take credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. You now may make a credit card purchase online.
- 7. Do you take ATM cards, check cards, debit cards or PayPal payments?

- 9. If I am an existing customer at a spa that Spa Girl Promotions represents, may I still buy a spa gift package for my own use?
Spa package services are explicitly for new clients only, but existing customers may purchase VIP Passes as gifts for friends, family and coworkers.
- 10. Do spa packages make good gifts for friends, family and coworkers?
Yes! Our gift certificates are perfect presents for such holidays as Valentine's Day, Norooz, Easter, Purim, Passover, Pascha, Administrative Professionals Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Parents' Day, Grandparents Day, Eid, Diwali, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Our VIP Passes are also great gift cards for birthdays, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, homecoming, sweet sixteen parties, proms, girls' nights out, graduation celebrations, teacher appreciation, engagements, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, wedding anniversaries, housewarming, baby showers, empty nesters and retirement.
- 11. What is the origin of the company's name?
While working for years in spa promotions, Lisa's professional reputation for excellence grew exponentially. Before long, she became widely known as "The Spa Girl" across the health, beauty and wellness industries. As a result, when Lisa founded her company, she naturally chose the name Spa Girl Promotions for her business.
When one of her friends suggested expanding the brand to focus on male customers, a new concept was born. Not long afterwards, Lisa announced the creation of a brand-new division of her company, Spa Guy Promotions.

- Yes. Our spa services may be enjoyed by men and by women.
- 13. What kinds of spas do you represent?
We represent a range of upscale day spas, med spas, high-end salons and medical skin care providers as well as physicians, licensed massage therapists, chiropractors and master estheticians in Northern Virginia (Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Alexandria, Arlington), Suburban Maryland (Montgomery County), Washington DC (Northwest), Southern California (San Diego County) and beyond.
